Refunds:

Digital Product Nature: Due to the nature of digital products, once payment is processed for the purchase, they cannot be returned or refunded. By purchasing our digital products or subscribing to Estiglow Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

Cancellations:

To cancel your Estiglow Studio Membership, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select “Manage Subscription”

3. Click “Cancel Subscription”

It is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription. Refunds will not be issued for unused time after cancellation.
